- Usamos una prensa para tortillas y la cubrimos por arriba y por debajo con el hule. Aplastamos para formar la tortilla. Retiramos uno de los hules y ponemos el relleno. Con cuidad y ayudándonos con el hule la doblamos a la mitad. Presionamos el borde para sellar.



- Freír en aceite caliente hasta dorar por ambos lados. Ten cuidado porque si la masa se reseca mucho también tus quesadillas se pueden romper más fácilmente al freírlas. Otra cosa importante es colocarlas con cuidado en el aceite porque también es fácil romperlas al manipularlas.
